This dress is inspired by geologic cross sections and wiggle dresses from the 1950s. It is made out of secondhand cottons, patchworked together on top of a cotton underlayer. There is a 19” invisible zipper at the center back of the dress, and there are pleats on the front skirt of the dress, lending it a beautiful shape.
